U.S. Bank has an online banking platform that allows users to pay bills, send money, deposit checks and manage their money anytime, wherever they are. Account holders are required to enroll to start using the service.
- The U.S. bank Online banking service is only available to existing personal and business account holders. For help with online banking, call customer service on 1-800-US BANKS (872-2657).
How to Login
Step 1 – Go to the U.S. Bank homepage and locate the log in form on the right hand of your screen.
Step 2 – Enter your “Personal ID” and select “Online Banking”. Click “Log In”.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to a page where you will provide your password and answers to “My ID Shield Questions”.
Login Assistance: In case you have forgotten your Personal ID, Password or answers to “My ID Shield Questions”, you can recover your account by clicking on “Login Assistance”. You will be required to provide details on the kind of account you have with the bank along with other personal information.

Enroll in Online Banking
Step 1 – Go to webpage
Step 2 – Pick the kind of account you have (Personal or Business).
Step 3 – You will then be required to enter the following details:
- Account Number, Check Card Number or ATM Card Number
- Check Card or ATM Card PIN
- Last 4 Digits of Your Social Security Number
Step 4 – Next, you will go through a routine security check before you can read and agree to the terms and conditions of using online banking. You can then start using your online banking account.
