Routing Number On Check

Routing numbers are nine-digit codes that are used to identify financial associations in all forms of transfers between accounts of different banks or credit unions within the United States. The routing number will always be found on the bottom-left corner of a bank’s check, as seen in the image below.

How to Wire Funds

SEFCU provides wire transfer services at all of their branch locations, to learn more about their wire transfer and ACH services, please visit this webpage or contact a customer service representative at this number (800-727-3328). In order to successfully submit a wire transfer, an individual should have the following information ready to process:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Account number
  • Routing number
  • Amount of money to be transferred
  • SWIFT code (if applicable)

Note: fees and associated costs may apply to wire transfer and ACH services, depending on the account type. Although same-day settlement can occur, it depends entirely on the time of day that the transfer is initiated, as well as the receiving financial institution’s internal policies and/or procedures.
