GECU provides customers with a host of online banking and pay bill services that allow remote account management. Some of the services available on this platform include transaction monitoring, viewing eStatements, credit card management, transfers and payments. Step 1 - Go to GECU homepage.
Step 2 – On the left side of the top most menu, select whether you want to log into a business or personal account.
Step 3 – Enter your “User ID” and “Password”
Step 4 – Click “Sign In”
- Forgot Password – If you forget your password, you can recover it by entering your phone number and user name.
- Forgot Username – You can recover your username by entering your email address.

GECU has a mobile site at the same address as the desktop version – www.mygecu.org. To log in on your mobile browser, do the following:
Step 1 – Click “Login” at the top of the homepage.
Step 2 – Enter your Username and Password, then click “Log in”
Enroll in Online Banking
To enroll for personal online banking is easy. You do not need to fill any forms or visit a branch location. You will use your member number as your User ID and the password that was provided during account opening.
Step 1 – Enter the Password and User ID on the log in menu.
Step 2 – Click “Sign In”
