Step 1 - On the homepage, enter your user ID and password into the login form on the left side of the page (outlined below).
Note: Click the ‘Commercial’ tab if you are logging into a business account.
Step 2 - Click the ‘Login’ button to access your account.
- Forgot Password – Click the ‘Reset Password’ link located directly below the password input field to begin the password reset process. You will need to enter your phone number and username. You will be sent a new (temporary) password.
- Forgot Username – On the password reset page, click the ‘I Forgot My Username’ link. You will be required to enter your email address, and your username will be emailed to you.

Enroll in Online Banking
Step 1 - On the homepage login form, click the ‘First Time User?’ link. You will be redirected to the ‘Internet Banking Registration’ page.
Step 2 - Click the ‘Begin’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3 - Enter your personal data into the input fields, and click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 4 - Complete all on-screen instructions until you have successfully registered for Capital Bank online banking.Sponsored Links
